So do you ever get part way through a project, realize you are in way over your head, and wish you had never started?
I should know better than to tackle a baking project. But I saw pumpkin cakes in a magazine and bought into the “I can do that” falsehood. I think mine look like kindergartners made them.
Oh well, now I know… and I used up another 2 cups of zucchini! :)

They don't have to look perfect to taste good! It's all about the experiment!
