My calendar read "Weird Play with Xander". Xander's calendar read "Weird play with Mom". And we were off to Cafe Nordo.
And we had a really good time.
We hosted some UW students for Dinner with the Pack tonight. Stephanie, Penni (out of view), Xander, Chris, Alex, Rachelle, and Michelle. It was fun. Oh to be young again! But SOOO glad I'm not!
We don't normally eat out on Friday nights (even though my family always did growing up), but we both worked late, so nachos it is...
Hanging out in the stairwell at work. I like to take the stairs during the day, but we are doing a health challenge this month that includes taking the stairs at the start and end of the day, which is new for me.

Holiday, good weather, plans changed, decided to take a ferry to Winslow for lunch. This is on the trip back, with Seattle just peeking around the bend.
Found ourselves in Pioneer Square again! Had a lovely walking tour with Diana & Nathaniel, learning more about Seattle's history.
No work today, but still found myself in Pioneer Square. Walked the guys to their XFL football game for some steps, they were hoping not to freeze to death!
It's Valentines Day, the kids came to visit, and this is the best photo I have for the day. Oh well, I love the art from the stretch place on the ground floor of Viktoria.

We rented e-bikes today to enjoy the sunshine.
Across the street is Coranado Apartments on Eastlake, where we lived when we got married, paying $385/month. Our new apartment is so much better, but that price is enviable! Of course, even it is $1,200/month now.
Coffee at Starbucks! What a treat... we normally go to the independants, which I enjoy too, but there is nothing like a consistent cup of Joe!
TGIF! Trudging off to work for one more day this week... and before I came home the sun was shining again!

Good morning Seattle! I'm not normally near I-5, but had an appointment at the Polyclinic Madison Clinic this morning.
Off work today, hanging out with Christy. We started at the banana stand, then to the Sphere's, then to Queen Anne Manor. Thanks for the tour Anastasia!
Happy Groundhog Day! Which means it is Root Pie time in Belltown! We tasted 4 different pies this year. This was at Local 360, reminiscent of scalloped potatoes.
