Made it to Friday, and two things on the calendar for this evening.  We did a pop in to the concert on the pier then had dinner on the roof, a BBQ provided by Viktoria staff.  Summer fun!

Railspur invited Weyerhaeuser employees to a happy hour and their art installation.  The theme was Forest for the Trees so I thought it would be outdoorsy, but silly me.  It's about visual landscape, not actual trees.

When did this colorful mural get here?  Never notice it when I go to the Westlake Station, was just wandering around for steps and it caught my eye.

There are a few extra people in town this weekend for the Taylor Swift concert.  And most of them are wearing sparkly clothing!

Hotels and parking are extra expensive, sidewalks are clogged, merchandise lines are really long.  It's a vibe.  A vibe I'm glad I can keep walking by.

Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived.

It was a "we can't cook tonight" kind of work day.  We are having way too many of those recently!  Barrio tall tower of nachos to the rescue!

It's an All-Star kind of week.  I like the artwork of players and fans wrapped on the monorail supports.

 See you next week!

This morning we invested in getting the new church building ready.

We loaded and unloaded a lot of truck and SUV loads, we broke down boxes, we set up chairs, I walked to Ace Hardware for supplies twice, and I scrubbed and polished the copper bar.

 See you next week!
