Xander thought this photo was a dumb blog choice (given all the other photos I have to choose from), but I really like it. Bruce and I spent a bit of time people-watching to pass the time. We contemplated renting an umbrella and beach chairs, but found the various benches comfortable.
When I was sitting watching the dinghy’s go back and forth between boats and land and watched people walking down the main street, this colorful umbrella with the historic Avalon casino in the background caught my eye.
What a relaxing trip to the island this has been!
