Even though parking and traffic become impossible, we love living so close to the lake for the festivities. The parade, cardboard boat races, food booths, kiddie inflatables, and fireworks are all in easy walking distance.

I think this was the best Fourth at the lake yet...the boat races were very fun.
I bet it was a blast!! Jim hates crowds so we never seem to make it up there.
