Can you hear the Christmas music playing in the background?

Normally we decorate the house for Christmas right after Thanksgiving, but this year right before fit our schedule better. SO tons of boxes were hauled upstairs, the tree was assembled and decorated, the village was set up on the bookcase, both nativity scenes were arranged, and our other Christmas stuff was put in it's proper spot.

Let the festivities begin!

Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful. - Norman Vincent Peale

LOL....I broke the rules today too! I have been wearing new Christmas earrings I made last night today and loving it. I have been blaming it on my co-worker buying me a very pretty Christmas wreath yesterday...you can blame it on her if you want too:)

That was such a great idea! Matthew put up a few lights before Thanksgiving but now we have to shop for a tree. We're going artificial this year due to allergies. Yours looks very festive!

Way to get a head start. I don't even think we will put our tree up this year. Yours is looking great.

I think it is great that you got a jump on it, knowing how busy your schedules were rather than *not* doing it early and being super stressed over the "when". :)
