Operating on about 4 hours of sleep, Saturday brought a trip up north for nature walks, exploring the Museum of Glass, and attending an author Chat for Pierce County Reads.
Here are Grama, Mom, and Grampa at the museum in downtown Tacoma. The museum is small but cool. I didn't realize that you can see live glassmaking in the Hot Shop whenever the museum is open. One of the most fun exhibits was 52 sculptures created by the Hot Shop Team between 2005 and 2009 by the Hot Shop Team based on drawings by kids.
