Do I have to write down the calories if I sneak the soup one spoonful at a time?

Normally evening exercise is enough to curb my hunger as the hours stretch out between dinner and bed.

But not this week.

We've been eating this bean soup every few weeks since November. The kids are truly sick of it. They'll be glad that the dry bulk ingredients are almost gone, but I'll miss the full flavor and texture.

And I guess it is a better late night munchie than Girl Scout Cookies!
