Mom wasn't sure there was much point exercising after eating a fabulous heavy meal at the Indian restaurant, but we pushed through.
Sometimes wii Active feels like a torture device to get us to jump, lunge, and kill our abs. But we push through.
We found out today that the Peaches and Pistachio house isn't in our future after all. And we push through.
If it's not hard work it's not worth the effort. Keep pushing!
