Today we saw the kids off to church summer camp for a week in Oregon. They waited to the last minute to pack, typical teens. We realized our flashlights had also been stolen, quick trip to Wal-mart. Have fun kids! Be safe, be nice, be smart.
As if our July has not been crappy enough… when we went for our evening neighborhood walk, we saw two fire trucks and an ambulance go by in full lights and sirens. Turns out they were headed to our duplex. Something left on the stove unattended. We had three calls on the answering machine and one cell call. No damage, but minutes from flames. When is all this fun going to stop?!?
