Look at the new porch on the duplex! New doors, planted flower boxes, lattice over the concrete, and scrubbed front and roof, and it will be good as new!
Bruce spent $50 and 2 hours working on the water heater at the other duplex today, the not so joyful side of landlording. I gardened and sliced two flats of strawberries. The Go Fourth festival is in full swing - enjoy hearing the music from the yard.
