Final count down. Tick, tock. Tenant moving in October 1st. I am so ready to have this project wrapped up and move on to resting and other goal items.
Tonight I went through the house documenting the condition of every floor, wall, door, fixture, window, heater, etc, for the walk through this week. It’s also a great chance to see what else needs to be done in the next 48 hours.
Hoping to have time to photograph the house in detail after the work is done, but decided to take a few interesting shots with this interesting wall in the bathroom. When I walked applicants through I called it an eclectic feature. Some even believed me.
