Wallet’s out, spending money. Been so busy with the rentals, don’t shop or spend like I used to. Don’t even have my robbery items replaced yet.
I’ve been reading financial books lately. Maybe not the best bedtime reading, but good information, like:
Failing to plan together is the same as planning to fail.
Most couples don’t have an income problem; what they have is a spending problem.
And, something to work on, 10% of pretax earnings should go into a 401K before any other saving. I felt proud of 7%.
