Today we did a kayak tour with Northwest EcoExcursions, thanks to groupon.
It was a long fun day, with a fabulous lunch and lots of time on the water.
Our guide took this photo of us at one of the many waterfalls we saw
on Lake Merwin.
To start the day, a juvenile pelican landed right in the middle
of our group and acted like he wanted to go along. A bit scary as he chased Xander a bit, but
ended up being a highlight.
