The candy corn strikes again!
We’re having a costume and potluck at work tomorrow. I’ve had my eye on this candy corn bark recipe, so decided to try it out. White chocolate, candy corn, dried cranberries, and mini pretzels.
The not so great part is that Safeway was sold out of candy corn! Bruce had to go to a second store for me.

I’m nervous about cutting it up. It looks yummy. I won’t taste test it until tomorrow – eating healthy for three days to be able to eat well tomorrow.
