As lives get more hectic it gets harder to get together for every family birthday. So tonight we celebrated the September and October birthdays with appetizers, dinner, and 3 cakes (plus pumpkin crisp!). Orange cake for Anastasia, almond cake for Bif, and carrot cake Nathaniel.
