Meet my new fitness tracker, WHOOP.
It's not really geared toward me, it is more for elite athletes. It doesn't even track steps or distance or have a screen, for crying out loud. But it is really strong for tracking sleep and recovery, two things I really struggle with, so I decided to give it a go.
So far enjoying all the metrics, and more seem to unlock every day. Here's to more fitness and well being!
