We've been using vinegar as salad dressing.  We have enjoyed this flavored balsamic from the Pike Place Market for years. This past week it has been closed each time we walked down to try to buy more.  When we asked them about it, they said they didn't have much sales.  Yep, if you close after an hour, you won't get much sales.
