New year, new word and new goals.  Considered a lot of words for this year, landed on NOURISH.  

Intentional focus on supporting and encouraging the important things.  

Support Mom in her life transition.  Encourage Bruce is his stressful job.  Nourish my sanity through my project implementation.  Find a way to volunteer and support our community.  Lose that weight.  Visit Chicago.  Save a signicant amount of money.
