Today was operation "Get ready for Christmas". Well, after selling plates at the church pancake breakfast this morning.
What I've accomplished so far:
Made more fruitcake
Wrote several Christmas cards
Made two batches of stir fry for lunches before veggies went bad
Wrapped gifts while watching Year One
Lake walk (cold but sunny)
Planned meals for next week
Painted nails while watching Four Christmases
What I still hope to get done this weekend:
Packages ready for post office run
Scrapbook
Finishing touches on homemade gifts
Remaining "weekend chores", plus a Winco date
Mall shopping trip (coupons burning a hole in my wallet)
Finish one novel and start my book club December read
