It's official, the kids have 3 extra days on the front of their winter break. Watching the weather from the windows makes it seem pretty mild, but venturing outside to photograph the kids reminded me how cold and deep the snow is. Not that they care one bit.

Anastasia calls herself a pink marshmallow. Her snow camp clothes are coming in very handy, especially with her snow flinging brother nearby.

“Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, wind braces us up, snow is exhilarating; there is really no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather.”
John Ruskin

Cute pink clothes. And I have to disagree with the quote, cold IS bad weather.
