Here’s the latest addition to Fischer Rentals, our
one-step-above-slumlord empire. We had
the inspection this morning and only minor things turned up (like the
crawlspace under the house being full of garbage!), so we are full speed ahead…
Time to start thinking about marketing:
LONGVIEW
– 3 bed, 1 bath, washer/dryer hook-ups, new carpet, paint, blinds &
vinyl flooring. Dead-end quiet street.
