Fail.
Ironically, this evening I’ve been sitting at the computer
working on a healthy eating presentation, so I haven’t been moving enough. So here I am past bedtime trying to earn my
stair climbing badge! I also blame the
muffins. I had to try the whole wheat
veggie muffins I baked for the women’s breakfast tomorrow, taking my food calorie count
into the “oops” level until I climbed more stairs... Also ironically, the first bite of the muffin is underwhelming, then I can't stop eating them.
