We tried to walk most breaks, in concentric circles around
the hotel. It seems like one of us was
always very direction-ally mixed up. Big landmarks helped, like the Portland marque.
We learned
how to read food labels this weekend-
Fat calories
no more than 20% of total calories.
Sodium no
higher than calories
Sugar not in
the top 3 ingredients.
So simple!
