Moved new tenants in tonight. Appraiser comes back tomorrow to verify that
we really did replace the torn out kitchen.
New Ikea kitchen cabinets look way better than ours. The coral jeweled countertop is the same
though, LOL! People seem to like the
black kickboards I designed, fancy.
Moving on...
