Board meeting for the Neighborhood Resource Council this morning.  We talked about low cost Internet for the low income.  Crazy thing is, we qualified when the the kids were at home, since they attended a school with such a high free and reduced lunch rate.  The catch?  You have to go without Comcast Internet for 90 days before signing up... that excludes a lot of people.
