A landlord’s work is never done.  Bruce met with our handyman, showed the house to an applicant, and collected the last bit of December rent today.  Meanwhile, I was a slug all day after a white knuckle aborted attempt to get to a meeting in Rainier, WA in the snow flurries.  An unplanned self-declared vacation day!  I guess I did do a few things- some exercise, completed gift wrapping, and worked on paperwork.  But also sipped coffee at Electric Bean, watched a few episodes of Walking Dead, admired this whimsical homemade gift from a tenant, and generally meandered through the day.
