Today is strawberry day.
Wash, slice, Ziploc, and freeze two flats, with a few handfuls left out
for fresh eating and strawberry spinach salad tomorrow night. Yum!
Took Bruce and I two hours, but it will be worth it this winter when
there isn’t much fruit in season.
