New glasses, new hair.  Instead of one long weekend appointment, trying two shorter midweek appointments, one for color and one for cut.

My new glasses have been ready for a week but the message got stuck in Junk folder.  Went today to get them fitted, loving how lightweight they are.

MAVen book club fell on Labor Day, so we found some orange chairs outside to discuss Melinda Gates' memoir The Moment of Lift: How Empowering Women Changes the World before heading to Cactus for their butternut squash enchiladas.

Joan and I went to the cantina at Agua Verde tonight and it was so perfect!  A nice walk, getting to participate slightly in the game day energy, great weather, perfect views, wonderful food, great drinks, and lovely conversation.  Summer's not quite over yet!

Survived another day physically in the office.  We are not returning to work in September as originally planned.
