A Halloween feast.  Mom & Jerry broke out of QAM, we cooked four recipes, made a big fruit salad, enjoyed lunch, and have several servings for Mom to eat at QAM.

The lobby is much darker now, the plywood has migrated to our building.  Folks are preparing for unrest with the election.  And look at all those Amazon food orders!

Somebody got a new job today.  Anastasia is officially an Amazon employee, not just contracting for them.  No longer recruiting, changing direction.  If they ever go back to the office she'll be in this Arizona office.

Normally I chuck my ballot in the mail.  This year there is concern about mail delays, so walked to a drop box.  It is finished!

Time to vote.  In Washington state our vote for President doesn't count for much, but it is the most entertaining part of the ballot.  Not excited about either candidate, but certainly not seeing a path for Trump to make America great again.

Tried a new resturant today, Barrio is a keeper.  With the open air style spaces and fall setting in it can be a little chilly, but I ordered some tea.

Fall foliage as the weather turns.  My morning walk has settled into 2nd to 9th on Olive, Stewart, and Virginia.  Some mornings it is bright and sunny, but more and more it is chilly.

A new Starbucks in the retail core?  It might be a new sign for a kiosk that was always in the building, but a bit ironic given that every other Starbucks I walk by is dark right now.
